I rented this unit from May 8 to July 8 2012. The owner was very polite, I paid one month upfront plus the security deposit, and then the other month. When it was time to leave, though, the owner didn't want to return the full security deposit, promising (in writing and signed) that she would wire me the remainder in 30 days after my departure. Guess what... she didn't. I tried calling her to no avail. I returned to my home country and have to seek legal assistance in the USA because of this. My recommendation: never rent this unit unless you want to be conned!
