Does anyone know about people on fixed incomes. We're domestic partners and would like to find senior housing in the city. When they do have it, it always seems to be filled. How do you get in on it prior to renting it all out. I'm talking about renting...can't afford to buy.

Walking past the building I mentioned on the other thread, I noticed "The Educational Alliance" on the building. A quick search turned this up:
