Discussion about 532 West 22nd Street #PHA
Rental at 532 West 22nd Street. Kate Winslet just bought Sam's share of the apartment for $2.15M and is trying her luck as a landlady. Originally, they paid $5M in 2004 and financed a HUGE portion of it, $3.5M. I'd be surprised if she ends up breaking even.

Celebrities are dirty.

I can't imagine anyone falling so low in life as to stay in a celebrity's home rather than under a train trestle or in a homeless shelter.

But I guess a celebrity's home is preferable to Long Island City or Chicago.

Maybe.
