I have friends who used to live in this building. Do not rent here! The owners are low-life pigs. Building is full of bugs and mice. Nothing gets fixed until an emergency forces action. Nice neighborhood. Disgusting owners. People move out after a year. Go to YELP and search for Empire Management to get a more detailed idea of how bad these people are.
