There are many off market units. How can I rent one of them? If anyone has a studio or an 1 bedroom for rent, please message me. Appreciate it.

BURNED! TOP was obviously correct. Jim does not have a monopoly on info.

And to me the obvious answer is because tenants or the doormen told him/her so.
