No option to filter for "Pets Allowed"?

This site is great, but the biggest issue for me when apartment hunting is whether the place allows pets. How hard would it be to collect this data and add it as an option to the advanced search?

Yes, I just deleted the street easy app because I don't want to have to message to find out what the pet policy is. Just put it out there!
