Discussion about
The median price for a coop per sq.ft in BR is 350; in WT it is 450. The median price for a rental in WT is 27per sq.ft; In BR it is 25;making for a15% premium in the cost of buying vs renting in WT. How would you account for the difference. Thanks.

bay ridge and windsor terrace are 2 very different neighborhoods.

bay ridge has the restaurants/bars, shopping and the park on shore parkway. it is congested with cars and visitors. the only way out is the R train or express buses. the schools can be very good to shitty.

windsor terrace is a peaceful neighborhood where there's limitted shopping, restaurants/bars and has the best side, at least in my opinion, of Prospect Park. to go out, you'll have to go to Park Slope. the only way out is the F/G trains. i found them to be a lot more reliable, in terms of timing your trip, than R/B/Q/N/D.... the schools are good. it's a small neighborhood.

depending what you are looking for, each neighborhood has it's ups and downs.
