Discussion about 1600 Broadway on The Square at 1600 Broadway in Midtown
Anyone familiar with this building? How is it run? Seems like there's a lots of units that are rented for corporate housing/travelers. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

See what the arrears are. The condo's filed lots of Liens of Common Charges.

20D, e.g., has a history of liens since she bubble-bought in 2006. The most recent lien, a few months ago, was for $48,000 in unpaid-since-2009 CCs, legal fees, etc.

Why is the common charge so high here? No swimming pool but it's around 1800 for a 2 br
