Discussion about 370 East 76th Street #A804/5
Please nobody buy this apt for 1.1m dollars! It was just listed for $950k and my husband and I went to see it. It was a terrible apartment and the nerve of this new brokerage team to come in and up the price and try to deceive potential buyers. There's a reason there are no pictures....

this apartment is in MINT condition, my camera broke when i tried to take pictures. way to MINT for the lens ;)
