Is this building that great? Could anyone share what it's like to live there?

They keep the sidewalk very clean/doorman is always smiling etc. Thats not a bad start.

The area is great with lots of transport options and if you work in financial district you are close enough to the transport to be in wall street in 11 mins.

Thanks. Sadly, I didn't get the apt. Had to compete with many offers.

Hey wetlands ... we met back in July when we were both seeing apartments at 130 Hicks. I guess you didn't get the place in Park Slope ...
