Listing says that the apartment has a washer and dryer. How many apartments have W/D but no dishwasher? I'm honestly asking...

The curtain hanging under the sink is an unusual choice. Usually they're under wall-hung porcelain sinks, as in a 1920s farmhouse sort of look.

The plumbing under the bathroom sink is a mess.

Those things are easily changed. What isn't is the ground lease ending in 2049.
