Discussion about Downtown Athletic Club Building at 20 West Street in Financial District

Hey all!!! Any idea on this building ?? When the tax abatement ends ?? Any idea ( guesstimate) how high the tax is going to be ? Why units are not moving that fast? Thanks

why are there so many units out there in the market for this building?

I heard it's ahem opportunistic brokers who list the same unit multiple times. The number of available units reflected on website is inflated.
