Broker misrepresented terms. Any recourse?

An offer was accepted with maintenance agreed to and then the deal sheet arrives and the maintenance is $100 more. Is there anything I can do? The Seller won't budge on price because this was the brokers "error".

what do you mean, what can you do? you don't have a signed contract, and you don't have a deposit. you have an excepted offer. which you can walk away from if you don't like the terms. do yo have a broker of your own?
