Discussion about 333 East 53rd Street in Sutton Place
Any idea why so many apartments are available in this building? Are there bad financials.

I am curious to know any information experts can provide on this building as well. I look at this building's roofdeck from my desk on higher floor of building across the street and have been admiring it. Also, lobby looks nice when I peek in while walking dogs past. Finally, price points and maintenance charges look good from novice perspective.

I once owned there. Very nice building with gorgeous lobby.
