Whats the best site to view foreclosures in NYC and get full info on them ?

Probably Realty Trac. Unlike other markets there aren't a lot of foreclosures on sale in Manhattan.Other Borough's are better but they are priced very competitively with the market and you have to negotiate with a bank (and usually pay transfer taxes).

Some auction ads are at http://www.newyorklawjournal.com/nylawyer/search_notices.jsp

Select Sales for whichever county, with keyword cooperative or condominium.

There're some pay sites that pull from public records, but can't think of their names. PropertyTrack or something like that.
