Curious what your motivation is for posting this. Are you pointing out that a broker intentionally listed an incorrect address so renters would not figure out it's a no-fee building on their own?

it sure does. it also shows the average one bedroom price on broker represented properties is under $3600 per month. this is $4400 per month. witch rate will be better for the consumer at lease renewal?
