How do you guys feel about owner entry into an apartment and no notification that work was done?

i'd say it depends on the circumstances. Emergency? Prior interactions.

i feel it's illegal unless you granted permission. i'd never grant access when i'm not there, for ex, given that landlords often send not-so-trustworthy people on their behalf. why expose yourself?
