Discussion about
Considering remodeling a kitchen. Would require some changes in plumbing (adding a washer dryer to the kitchen). In what situations must an architect be hired in addition to a contractor?

These are the following situation in which you might like to hire an architect

1. You building is requiring you to have architectural drawings and what the project filed
2. For your own piece and mind as the architect can be hired to oversee the project
3. You are not around to answer questions the contractor might have and he can act on your behalf
