I find it outrageous, and need some advice if I should switch to Verizon FiOS. Please share your experience with Verizon, I'm so fed up with TWC.

If your only issue with TWC is the modem lease fee, you can purchase your own modem. Make sure to return your leased modem.

I can't comment on FiOS, but my overall experience with TWC has generally been poor.
