question regarding "sinking" floor

I noticed recently that my floor are "sinking in" as I walk on it. My neighbor had a water leak 1 year ago. Is it possible that her water damage is affecting my floor. Who should I ask to check on whether my floor is water damaged? It looks okay on the surface. Thanks!

What/ how did you notice?

Is it a rental, co-op or condo?

Very possible . Happened to me in an old apartment many years ago . Check your walls for mold , peeling paint , etc. ... there's your answer
