Had a very bad experience with a broker and thinking about taking a legal action against him. Any recommendation on lawyers?

Bad experience, or actual damage caused?

How much per hour are you willing to pay? Good lawyers will cost at least $300 per hour.

Brokers are always recommending attorneys - so just ask him for one! Why not?!?

You'll need to explain in detail what your actual damages were. Hurt feelings, annoyance, etc. does not matter. What is your loss as a result of his/her actions?

This is why Judge Judy and the other tv courtroom programs exist. People file the most ridiculous lawsuits and have the most absurd interpersonal issues, so why shouldn't the public be amused.
