Yes. I'm buying the apartment for my poor brother who is a real estate broker. I promised my dad I would house him until he get a real job.

I am a tenant here and havn't had any issues with the lanlord. I have been here for almost 2 years. It is a nice quiet bldg.. and very close to everything!!!
