Apts and Lofts in Williamsburg

There have been many Williamsburg threads here, especially in the last week or so. Some idiot mortgage broker posted on dozens of threads last night and ruined the timeline, but if you skim through recent pages of threads you'll find them. Lots of info, both positive and negative.

Last year I went to one Apts and Lofts open house, the Aqua, and now get emails from them regularly. Depending on your outlook, it could seem either eager or desperate. Considering the two follow ups I got just to that one property, I tend to think it's the latter.

There was also an article a few months back, sorry I didn't keep the link, where an unnamed Apartments and Lofts agent said something along the lines of "right now, our sellers are open to hearing all offers."
