Oh no I gotta walk downstairs in the dark to get some grade a free water out of a hydrantzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Oh no. The humanity. The sufferrrrringzzzzzzz. Iced coffeeeee instead of hot!!!!! Watching Netflix in stereo 2.0 on my 21 inch laptop instead of a 45 inch stereo 7.1. Oh no. The cannabalism! The sufferings of the no charge 4g LTE phones!!!!! No. No no. My 2lb Pomeranian had to eat non vegan dog food!!! Her shit actually smells like shit! Omfg. The insanity must stop!!! My beach home on the jersey shore is ruined. Both docks broken! Omfg. I'm staying strong for my two daughters in $40k/yr private schoolz and my wife who missed her monthly vagdazzled session! Oh no. Sobbing uncontrollably.
Do these in-kind donations (warm clothes, canned goods, loose batteries, etc.) ever get to the people who need them? How do they know that they are clean and usable? Wouldn't it be better to just ask for money and to use the money to buy diapers and batteries?
mucuk, that would be good too. I was thinking about that earlier.
mucuk: Yes, supplies are being sent out to crisis centers.
I've been volunteering at a few different centers since last Wed.
Items are sorted-out and most are clean and usable.
Many new blankets and pillows have been donated.
Donate money, items, or your time if possible.
It's a heartbreaking mess out there.
