Discussion about
When a listing is posted as "No longer available" on StreetEasy, what does that mean exactly? Sometimes it goes from contract --> no longer available, which I assume means that the unit was actually sold, but was never recorded. In other instances, it will go from for sale, to just no longer available which I've heard sometimes means that the units have been rented out. Can anyone help with this?? I've come across a few units that I would maybe be interested in, but then they're just "no longer available".

Either unit has been rented out or owner has not received good offers and decided not to sell at that time.
Other times, the deal fell through.
Sometimes, it's waiting for contract time> closing day.

Take your pick.
Keep an eye out for re-listing.
