Discussion about
Today, in the NY Times a total of 49 Townhouses (either Mutli or Single Family houses) are listed for sale in Greenwich Village and the West Village area. Remember the time of Lehman brothers? Well interestingly back then a total of 52 houses were listed for sale. Jane street presently asks some bold prices. For a Free private walking ~ Contact us today.
Your first post on SE and it's this BS? This is a dumb post. Who gives a crap about LEH. Who is "us" and how would someone contact us. What is a "Free private walking"?
Seems like you are saying prices over too high - great sales pitch.
Isn't all property local?
So if you're saying roughly the same number of houses are for sale as right before Lehman's collapse/the recession of a lifetime/the collapse of real estate prices, then why would someone want to buy now? Award for the worst broker pitch goes to....
Plus, are you saying that there were nearly no townhouses for sale other than these two periods? Otherwise, why is it "interesting"?
Pawn_Harvester already plowed that comment down.
Local Property,
In mathematics, a phenomenon is sometimes said to occur locally if, roughly speaking, it occurs on sufficiently small or arbitrarily small neighborhoods of points.
Are you being clever?
"Isn't all property local?"
Unless it's national property ...
Or unless you own property in Canada, Mexico, overseas.
Each property is local.
"My house in_____".
"My apt in______"
The city/country is the locale.
