I looked at 3W and immediately felt claustrophobic walking down the first floor hallway. 3 ft. wide with stairs at the very end. 3W has a vastly over-stated size, and calling it a 1BR is laughable.

Streeteasy says 16 units. Not sure if that includes the combinations? Seems to be 3 units per floor - east, west, and south, plus maybe a super's unit in the basement?

Maintenance is out of whack with the neighborhood for a walkup. Not sure what's up. Maybe a lot of underlying debt? Live-in super is a bit of a luxury for something this small, too.

The hallway is very, very narrow. Good luck getting normal-sized furniture into any these units.
