I would be interested in any info anyone as too.
Went to the open house today. Kitchens looked beat up and the AC units were falling apart. One had duct tape holding it together. That's all i know.
I saw two units tonight and they were really beat up, as well. It seems the bldg developer got into a time machine and went back to the 80s to buy the ugliest, brown ACs they could find. They don't match the other fixtures which also seem very cheap.
Saw one unit there and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't at all like "mache" and "acl" describe. Kitchen looked modern. AC units were eggshell colored and looked as these things generally do. Fantasic views. Friendly front desk. Good gym. Nice entrance. Great roofdeck. All good.
