No recorded sales in Manhattan since 10/26

Just wondering if anyone knows what is happening to closings in Manhattan since the storm?

That is not true...There was 1 filed on Oct 29th, 198 filed on Oct 31 (looks like the recovery day), 96 filed on Nov 1, 93 on Nov 2, 3 on Nov 3, 41 on Nov 5, etc..

Not sure what system ur looking at that says 0 since 10/26? Streeteasy?
