Still no service with Time Warner after the storm

I still have no cable tv service/internet in my apartment, Chelsea on 22nd Street. No I know that there are people with much bigger problems, but I am trying to figure out how common is this issue since it's almost impossible to reach TW on the phone and I have no idea when the service will be back. Other people in the area with this problem, did you get any info from TW, the website in not helpful. Thank you

I have TWC in Brooklyn and it never went out.
I was watching live coverage of the hurricane the day of, day after and no problems.

Maybe your TW service is out due to your location, david.
Does TW still have an office on 23rd St. where you can go in person, if you have the time?

Time Warner service has been working fine for me on the same street, just a bit east. Not sure how long it was out during the hurricane but it was working on Nov 3 when I returned home. Good luck.

Im nearby with no problems as well.
Does everyone in your building not have TW?
If you find just one neighbor with, you can at least narrow it down to a within building problem.

Go knock on your neighbors' doors, david.
Maybe you find out what's happening or at least get invited to watch some teevee in their apt.
