I would guess somewhere around $700 k

Thats very nicely done. I would guess it would be $200-250/square foot given the look of the quality of the work. That doesnt include the furnishings of course. I can reccomend Francois Tenenbaum of Design by Francois LLC if you need a recommendation or estimate. www.francoistenenbaum.com

does anyone else wonder why some of the lower-rent shops repeat pictures over and over? it's just highly annoying, and certainly doesn't scream over $7mm apartment.
