Hi, I'm a reporter with the NY Observer and I'm working on a story about un-used and underused spaces in townhouses. I'd love to speak with townhouse owners past and present, as well as brokers who own/have owned townhouses and found that they had rooms, floors, wings that went unvisited for months at a time.
