Hi All, Given that there are many things that can be unearthed during the due diligence process undertaken after you engage a lawyer to go into contract, what happens if the deal breaks? Does every seller just assume a risk of thousands of dollars each time they want to get serious about a property? Thanks in advance for your responses.
