Discussion about
I am about to renovate a Manhattan loft condo. The renovation will involve a re-thinking of the layout of what is now mostly wide open space, new walls/layout and at least cosmetic fixes/renovations to existing kitchen and baths. Basically, the task is logically converting huge open space into living space. Please do not self promote, or respond here. Recommendations would be appreciated at nyc_sport at yahoo dot com. This may not be in your design plans, but if you need a lighting designer I very highly recommend Staci Ruiz. She completely redid the lighting in my apartment and made the space a thousand percent more livable. She is fairly priced, organized, creative and worked very well with the electricians we hired.
