When the price breaks I'm going to buy it and use it as a bike room and private bathroom for my endless hours in Central Park.

It is. They rearranged the furniture a bit but it's still crammed with too much stuff.

It's supposed to take you to The Left Bank of Paris.
So they let the seller keep all of the stuff in there.
