These guys are pond scum. I was looking in WIlliamsburg for a while and whenever I encountered these agents I would take a shower after. In same building, they would have different stories and made spidey senses tingle. Was going to put an offer on something that needed its C/O but didn't feel right. Then they swapped and turned into rentals. They did this on a few buildings, most notably the Jardin development. Any case, avoid, avoid, avoid. But great, fun location.

Yes! One of their agents had me sign something which allegedly said that they were representing me. So this aptsandlofts realtor put in a bid for me for 199 South First which was being marketed by aptsandlofts. I lost biid.....but surprise, surprise..got phone call that first deal might not go through and they may be looking at back up offers....stay tuned. and yes, buikding does not have C/O .
