Discussion about
Tremendous early demand. Hard to even get an appointment. Any feedback? Will this be the case for all new development that comes out? Or was this just priced aggressively?

surprising. apartments themselves looked very small and underwhelming to me. pricey with better things out there. tribeca location obviously a big plus.

Good question. I looked at the map, and anyone calling it Tribeca ought to ask themselves that question twice.

The issue, it seems, would be two fold. First the RE taxes and second being surrounded by Worth and Broadway, both very active streets. Worth street is up for reconstruction, etc... sometime in 2014. http://tribecacitizen.com/2012/10/11/is-worth-street-next/

Nevertheless, they look really nice.

Small rooms, and yet again, no kitchens.
