DO NOT TAKE THIS APARTMENT. I live in this building and it has the worst management company I've ever experienced. After the hurricane we went 8 days without power, 4 weeks without heat/hot water/elevator, and we still don't have cooking gas or laundry. The buildings around us were restored after 4 days. Management is charging full rent and won't accept any phone calls or respond to emails.
