Discussion about 50 Gramercy Park North #6A
Totally overpriced - an "A" building with "B" services. The Hotel gym and "services" are a joke, AC units never work, front door requires power to lock which was a major issue during the hurricane. Great views of Gramercy Park with light in every apartment but it comes at a price!

It does look beautiful; thank you for posting the info on the gym, services and AC. We had a similar experience renting a unit in a beautiful building that we ended up feeling was overpriced for exactly the same reasons (AC's not working was the real stickler). Prior to renting the unit, we had looked for this type of info on SE and there was a blank slate. I posted our experience and am always appreciative of others who do the same.

for that kind of money, if you are uncomfortable, buy your own fucking air conditioning units. stop being whiny bitches.
