Further evidence of the NYC housing bubbles imminent "pop"

I came across this excellent cite written by a real lawyer that shows in oh so many ways that the market is collapsing. That "pop" you hear is not champagne, folks. Sell now or you will end up camping in Central Park and panhandling or moving back with mom and dad. You cannot refute this...check out http://nyhousingbubble.blogspot.com/!

ummm...look at the dates of the postings.. he may be right, but his timing is off by about 2.5 yrs

No, the posting's accurate: for the suburbs. Manhattan did not see that decline in 2005. We're just behind the curve.
