Superintendent Unit Mortgage

Hi - does anyone have any recommendations for lenders to provide a mortgage for the superintendent unit in my Manhattan condo (50+ units). I'm on the board and looking to refinance the unit owned by the building. Many thanks for your help.

Hi - I am in the same situation! Did you find a lender? The developer and the management company they appointed are recommending NCB, but their fees are sky high and I don't like the contract.
