I am a resident of this building and I can attest to the fact that heat and hot water is hit or miss. When you want to wake up, shower, and go to work quickly, it's about a 50/50 chance that you'll have hot water for that shower. Want heat in the winter? It's about a 50/50 chance that you will get that heat. Check NY1 for videos about the terrible neglect tenants of this building are subjected to. DO NOT RENT HERE. AND DO NOT TRUST YOUR BROKER IF HE BRINGS YOU HERE.
