does anyone have any good project managers/engineers that are reasonably priced that they used for a local law 11 facade repair project? any references would be greatly appreciated. thanks, Nina

We're using Midtown Preservation for our project currently underway. The engineer from our last cycle wasn't nearly as good. http://www.midtownpreservation.com/

its a 14 apartment building. there seems to be a lot in the report but not sure what is required....thanks for the other two recs. we were actually in the process of getting a proposal from howard zimmerman.

Sorry, this is late to the game, but do not use DNA. They worked on our building and the work took twice as long as budgeted and any cosmetic work they did was sloppy and unprofessional.
