Is there really more demand for residential in this type 50s office building in this area?

Not surprising as Freedom Tower is about to unveil half a million square feet of office.

Any news on when the exterior of the Tower will be complete? I am sick of looking at that exterior tarp.
Not that I like the design of the building either. Looks like it belongs in Seattle or something.

The fact is that the rents psf for commerial downtown won't be enough for anything not brand new.
