No Heat / No Hot Water

As a resident in this building I can attest to the fact that you will often be without heat and hot water.

Those pictures are depressing, but sort of funny the way they put that sad cactus in every photo. At least it's a change from the usual orchid.

You can go to 111 Centre Street in Manhattan, room #225, and ask for a form known
an an HP petition. It is very simple to fill out, and will start a case against the
managing agent and owner of your building that will require them to provide heat and
hot water in compliance with relevant laws.

So they turned a walk-in closet into a "kitchen", but it wasn't quite big enough so they refrigerator is sitting in the living room.

If that's not "ghetto", I don't know what is.
