Anyone familiar with any new e harlem new developments? i've rented in the area for 2.5 years and have considered buying of late. I know there are a few new developments (the ivy, casa brava, the leah) and i've seen an influx of people move from the ues to e harlem, but i've yet seen any other development (bars, restaurants, etc). Just curious in others opinions.

The ivy for whatever reason is empty---anyone know why?
