Why is the maintenance so low? Is this building income restricted?

Not income-restricted.

The co-op became the owner of some apartments' shares when the co-op bought itself out of Mitchell-Lama. They've been sold as the apartments vacated. That'd account for some reduction in maintenance, and then there's the block front of commercial rents.

Taxes might be lower compared to buildings not designed as lower- or middle-income. (Note shortage of baths for a given number of bedrooms.)

If you get a look at the financials to see where the money's coming from, let us know.

Deleon I made a comment the last time I logged on. It is not here. maybe I left out Deleon.
I live in 100 West 94th Street, NYC. And I will be selling my apt. in a couple weeks.
I will advertise on StreetEasy in the appropriate place. What type of comments are you looking
for? Did I give too much info during my last StreetEasy Talk?
