Newer Developments on West End Avenue?

Hello. Does anyone know of newer developments (built in the last few years) in the better parts of West End Avenue? I am aware of 200 WEA (nice building, but no real availability) and 10 WEA (horrible location). Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
