Discussion about 257 West 17th Street #PHCD
Elevator barely works here which means it's hard to get out from the top floor. Also plumbing faulty and electric wiring shaky - bad conversion that resulted in litigation and the bones of the building have never been fixed. This apartment has not been outfitted with anything but outdated basics.
