Buyer beware! This place was RE-ZONED OUT of P.S. 321 two months ago. $925k for 900 square feet without a great public school isn't worth it in my book.

Am i mistaken, or do the monthly taxes seem ridiculously high for Brooklyn?

Annual taxes are $3050. Broker clicked wrong button or something.
